About the Role

Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates for bulk hiring requirements using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills, interest level, and relevant experience.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Maintain and update the candidate database and generate daily/weekly sourcing reports.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in
BPO bulk hiring
.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
