Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media , and internal databases Perform Boolean searches , resume screening, and initial outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open roles Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Executives and Hiring Managers to align on job requirements.
