Job Title: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Front Line / BPO / Bulk Hiring/ Direct Hiring) Company Name: IGT Solutions Location: [Gurgaon] Job Description: IGT Solutions is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Hirings (Bulk Hiring). The candidate will also be accountable for stakeholder management, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with the approved usage of various recruitment systems and tools. Key Responsibilities: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Front Line Hiring. Understand the positions, write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, manage the interview process, negotiate, and close salary offers. Build and develop strong relationships with hiring managers. Conduct in-depth interviews and coordinate with interviewers for scheduling. Ensure compliance with recruitment tools and systems (e.g., SuccessFactors). Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets. Manage and enhance the talent pipeline for front-line hiring. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates. Be proactive in addressing challenges and solving recruitment issues. Preferred Candidate Profile: At least 2-3 years of experience in team handling. Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in bulk hiring. Prior experience in global hiring is a must. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain trust with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to develop solutions quickly and work under uncertainty and change. Detail-oriented with a practical approach to problem-solving. Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Previous experience working with recruitment systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is highly preferred.
