Sourcing Manager

to drive project awareness and sales through active engagement with Channel Partners (CPs). This is a field-intensive role that requires strong interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the Channel Partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CP activation, project promotion, and driving footfalls to project sites through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Outreach: Actively conduct field visits to meet and onboard potential and existing Channel Partners. Develop a strong presence in assigned territory by maintaining a structured visit calendar and consistent CP engagement.
  • Project Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote project details to CPs. Present project USPs, pricing, inventory, location benefits, and builder credentials to enhance interest and conversions.
  • CP Activation: Identify and activate new CPs in the assigned market. Onboard them through proper training, project walkthroughs, and marketing material distribution to enable them to source quality leads.
  • CP Engagement: Organize and invite CPs for site visits, CP meets, launch events, and other promotional activities. Maintain an active and responsive communication channel with them to provide project updates and address queries.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key CPs to ensure consistent lead flow and collaboration. Serve as the primary point of contact between CPs and internal sales teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor projects, CP network behavior, pricing trends, and buyer sentiment in the local market. Share relevant insights with internal teams to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that CP-generated leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted effectively. Provide regular feedback and status updates to the leadership team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate products, buyer behavior, and CP dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and CP visits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and other reporting formats is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive targets
