Sourcing Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Property Sourcing – Market Development

  • Identify potential properties, clients, and vendors to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and HNI clients.
  • Prepare and maintain a pipeline of high-value deals for the Sales – Closing team.

Collaboration – Team Support

  • Coordinate with Sales – Closing, Marketing – Promotions, and Post-Sales – Compliance teams for smooth lead handover.
  • Support senior Sourcing – Head in implementing strategic sourcing plans.
  • Participate in regular team reviews, meetings, and updates to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Negotiation – Relationship Management

  • Negotiate terms with property owners, brokers, and vendors under guidance of senior leadership.
  • Maintain professional relationships to ensure repeat business and high-quality leads.
  • Ensure compliance with legal – financial – operational standards during sourcing.

Reporting – Pipeline Management

  • Maintain detailed records of sourced properties, clients, and leads in CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on market updates, sourcing activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Track progress of sourced deals until handover to Sales – Closing teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation – persuasion – relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and property acquisition.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM – lead tracking – reporting systems.
  • Target-driven, professional, and client-focused.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing – business development – property acquisition.
  • Experience in residential – commercial real estate markets preferred.
  • Proven track record of building client/vendor relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Graduation in Business – Management – Real Estate or relevant field preferred.
