Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer engagement through various channels (website, social media, email).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in CX processes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within SLA targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in Customer Experience Management or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive monitoring skills with ability to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Conflict resolution skills with strong leadership abilities.
