Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Experience Manager at Fido Lifestyle Private Limited. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer interactions, handling concerns or escalations, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Customer communication will also be a responsibility that will fall on this role. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience enhancement Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer data and identify areas for improvement Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams Proficiency in Customer Service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Experience with customer experience management tools and platforms is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
