Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard MSME customers for unsecured business loan products.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful business.
Build and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and market influencers.
Perform eligibility checks, collect documents, and ensure credit compliance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high-quality portfolio standards.
Deliver excellent customer service for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with local market trends to identify potential business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in unsecured loans, SME lending, or field sales.
Good understanding of unsecured loan processes, credit checks, and risk assessment.
Strong communication, sales negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently with strong market intelligence in Mangalore.
Bachelor’s degree required.
