The Role

This is a mid-level sales role, reporting to the Director.

Purpose:

To achieve revenue growth and expand market presence for Biomatix wastewater treatment products through Industrial sales.


Key Expectations:

·        Drive sales for Biomatix product range through the Corporate sectors & exports.

·        Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through direct client engagement and networking.

·        Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

·        Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.

·        Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order fulfilment.

·        Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.

·        Provide basic technical inputs to clients where required (after getting internal technical training and support).



Competencies Required

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of

    industrial sales

    .
  • Awareness of

    wastewater treatment

    or environmental solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of procurement process in industrial sectors.

  • Proven ability to

    generate leads, negotiate, and close deals

Education & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 5–6 years of core industrial or institutional sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

Desirable:

  • Background in selling wastewater treatment inputs, microbial products, or related environmental solutions.
  • Technical understanding of

    STPs, ETPs, or bio-remediation

    processes.
