About Biomatix Eco Solutions

Biomatix Eco Solutions, a sister concern of Clover Organic, grew out of the need to secure our Natural Capital. Our main area of focus is in making existing ETPs and STPs more efficient by adding efficient biological products and giving advice to our clients from time to time.

The benefits we deliver are meeting CPCB norms more stringently, reduction in running cost, suppression of any foul odour and ability to recycle water leading to conservation. Companies like Ion Exchange, P&G and many others are already buying from us.


The Role

This is a mid-level sales role, reporting to the Director.


Purpose:

To achieve revenue growth and expand market presence for Biomatix wastewater treatment products through strategic sales, client engagement, and market development.


Key Expectations:

·

·      Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through direct client engagement and networking.

·      Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

·      Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.

·      Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order fulfilment.

·      Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.

·      Provide basic technical inputs to clients where required (after getting internal technical training and support).


Competencies Required

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of

    industrial/ B2B sales processes

    and account management.
  • Awareness of

    wastewater treatment

    or environmental solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of procurement process in industrial/institutional sectors.

Skills

  • Proven ability to

    generate leads, negotiate, and close deals

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and

    willing to travel extensively

    .

  • Highly motivated and result-focused with a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.

Education & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 5–6 years of core industrial or institutional sales experience

    , preferably selling products or solutions to factories, plants, or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Desirable:

  • Background in selling wastewater treatment inputs, microbial products, or related environmental solutions.
  • Technical understanding of

    STPs, ETPs, or bio-remediation

    processes.
