Job Description The Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client interactions, and the ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism. The role involves lead follow-ups, property presentations, and scheduling client visits to enhance the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Lead Management & Client Engagement: Qualify inbound leads by understanding client preferences, budget, and investment goals. Follow up rigorously with potential buyers to nurture relationships and keep them engaged. Educate clients on luxury property features, amenities, and investment benefits. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools. Property Coordination & Support: Schedule and coordinate site/property visits for prospective buyers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Assist in preparing personalized property presentations, proposals, and brochures. Collaborate with marketing to align pre-sales activities with ongoing campaigns. Data Management & Reporting: Keep track of lead conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and client feedback. Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead status, challenges, and opportunities. Identify market trends and customer preferences to refine pre-sales strategies. Requirements Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-net-worth clients. Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting. Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic understanding of luxury real estate market trends. Attributes Proactive & Persistent: Ensures timely follow-ups and client engagement. Detail-Oriented: Maintains accurate records and handles client requirements with precision. Customer-Centric: Understands client needs and provides a seamless experience. Well-Presented & Professional: Represents the brand image effectively in client interactions. Team Player: Works collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Experience & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, preferably in luxury real estate or a high-end service industry.
