The Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client interactions, and the ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism. The role involves lead follow-ups, property presentations, and scheduling client visits to enhance the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead Management & Client Engagement:

  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding client preferences, budget, and investment goals.
  • Follow up rigorously with potential buyers to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
  • Educate clients on luxury property features, amenities, and investment benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools.

Property Coordination & Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate site/property visits for prospective buyers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Assist in preparing personalized property presentations, proposals, and brochures.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align pre-sales activities with ongoing campaigns.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Keep track of lead conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and client feedback.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify market trends and customer preferences to refine pre-sales strategies.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of luxury real estate market trends.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, preferably in luxury real estate or a high-end service industry.
    • Prior experience in handling high-profile clients and premium properties is an added advantage.
