Presales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Presales Executive to join our interior design team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their design needs, showcasing our portfolio, and supporting the sales and design team in converting leads into projects. Your ability to blend design sensibility with strong communication will be key to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their design requirements.
• Explain the company’s design process, offerings, and value proposition clearly and convincingly.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations between clients and designers.
• Create and present design proposals, mood boards, layout suggestions, and budget estimates in collaboration with the design team.
• Assist in preparing project briefs and client requirement documents.
• Follow up with prospects, resolve initial queries, and build trust to move leads down the funnel.
• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless handovers post-sale.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and offerings to provide informed suggestions to clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in presales, client servicing, or sales support (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of interior design basics, layouts, materials, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Client-centric approach with good persuasion and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury residential or commercial interior design firms.
• Understanding of budgeting and design project lifecycle.
