Presales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Pre-qualify leads and assess customer requirements before passing them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, status, and follow-ups.
• Engage with prospective clients to build interest and trust in Keventer Realty projects.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and lead sources.
• Provide project information, pricing details, and schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain high conversion potential.
• Assist in reporting presales performance metrics and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in presales or telesales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Farvision, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar).
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and multitask efficiently.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
