The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Drive residential and/or commercial property sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets Build and manage a team of sales executives; provide training, guidance, and motivation Identify potential clients through networking, site visits, and lead generation activities Conduct property presentations, site tours, and negotiations with prospective buyers Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referrals Collaborate with marketing and management teams for campaign planning and execution Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Ensure timely documentation, payment follow-ups, and handover coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local languages Willingness to work on weekends; one weekly off on a weekday

The Executive will Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently; route them to the concerned department Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism and a warm demeanor Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and manage the visitor log Support the sales and admin teams with basic clerical and coordination tasks Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be well-groomed, polite, and carry a presentable appearance at all times Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth front office operations Willingness to work on weekends; one weekly off on a weekday Prior experience in real estate or hospitality industry preferred (not mandatory)
