Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in Jaipur. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, preparing and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs), and providing exceptional support to potential clients. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to identify customer needs, presenting product and service solutions, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Regular communication with prospective clients and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunitiesk
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and preparing professional proposals to meet client requirements
• Experience in managing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and providing strategic solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the infrastructure or IT solutions industry is an advantage
