We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Strategy Associate to join our team. As a
Solutions Strategy Associate, you will work closely with our clients as a subject matter expert for sustainability needs including ESG reporting, portfolio emissions assessment, climate risk assessment to help customers meet evolving regulatory demands, enhance their sustainability performance ensuring successful adoption and maximum value from our solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in a client-facing role in climate risk, sustainability consulting or a related field.

What You'll Do:
On-Site Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for our clients, working extensively on their premises to understand their specific needs, challenges, and existing processes related to sustainability.End-to-End Implementation:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of our SaaS platform for financial institution clients, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, data integration, user training, and post-implementation support.Sustainability & ESG Advisory:
Provide expert guidance and consultation on best practices for sustainability management, financed emissions measurement (e.g., PCAF methodology), comprehensive ESG reporting, and climate risk assessment tailored to the financial services sector.Solution Customization & Optimization:
Collaborate with clients to configure and customize our platform to meet their unique reporting needs, data sources, and internal workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Data Integration & Quality:
Work closely with client teams to facilitate the integration of diverse financial and non-financial data into our platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for robust analysis and reporting.Training & Enablement:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client users at all levels, ensuring they are proficient in leveraging our platform for their sustainability, financed emissions, ESG, and climate risk objectives.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, fostering trust and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Feedback & Product Enhancement:
Act as a critical bridge between clients and our internal product/engineering teams, relaying client feedback, pain points, and feature requests to inform future product development and enhancements.Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in sustainable finance, regulatory changes (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure rules, TCFD), and industry best practices to provide proactive insights to clients.
Do you enjoy and have you done these?:
Client-Facing Experience:
2+ years of direct, client-facing experience in a consulting, implementation, or solutions delivery role, specifically within sustainability, climate risk. Preference for candidates with experience in the financial services sector (banks, investment firms, etc.). Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding and proven experience in at least two, preferably all, of the following areas within a financial services context:Sustainability Management:
Enterprise-level sustainability strategy, target setting, and performance tracking.Financed Emissions:
Practical experience with financed emissions methodologies (e.g., PCAF) and their application in banking portfolios (loans, investments).ESG Reporting:
In-depth knowledge of key ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, SFDR, CSRD, TCFD) and experience in generating ESG disclosures.Climate Risk Assessment:
Familiarity with climate-related financial risks (physical and transition), scenario analysis, and their implications for credit, market, and operational risks in banks.Technical Acumen:
Ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS functionalities, data models, and integration processes. While not a coding role, comfort in working with data in Excel, Power BI and other data management tools is required.Problem-Solving:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose client issues, propose effective solutions, and drive them to resolution.Communication & Presentation:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to senior executives and engage effectively with diverse client teams.Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.Adaptability:
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic client environments.Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., GARP SCR, FRM, CFA-ESG) are a strong plus.
