Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution planning, technical design, and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable, secure, and high-quality architectural blueprints.
- Define CRM architecture standards, best practices, design patterns, data models, and integration frameworks leveraging Microsoft stack technologies.
- Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including discovery, fit/gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Architect secure and resilient solutions that support multiple modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Power Platform, and Customer Insights.
- Work with development teams to guide customization using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure Services, and API-based integrations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external enterprise systems (ERP, portals, legacy systems, third-party apps) using Azure Integration Services, DataVerse, Data Export Service, and other middleware tools.
- Conduct performance evaluations, solution reviews, quality checks, security assessments, and optimization recommendations.
- Translate complex technical information into clear content for leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and coach consultants, engineers, and delivery teams to build internal capability and ensure architectural compliance.
- Contribute to presales activities such as solution proposals, effort estimation, technical presentations, and RFP responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9-20 years of progressive experience in enterprise application implementation, including minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions architecture.
- Strong understanding of CRM functional modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and associated business processes.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM Online/On-Prem, DataVerse, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations.
- Hands-on design experience in security roles, workflows, business process flows, plug-ins, JavaScript, API integrations, and custom entities.
- Strong understanding of data migration, data modeling, integration approaches, performance optimization, and solution governance.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end CRM digital transformation projects for large enterprises or complex multi-country implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 CE Architect are highly preferred
