About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise application design, ERP integrations, and cloud transformation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Java-based solutions, enterprise architecture, and modernization of legacy systems, while driving digital transformation across complex business landscapes. This role requires strategic thinking, technical depth, and strong stakeholder management to align business goals with scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and own enterprise solution architecture for large-scale applications and ERP ecosystems.

· Design and oversee end-to-end cloud and application strategies leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Lead modernization initiatives for legacy systems, ERP migrations, and cloud-native transformations.

· Provide technical governance and guide development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

· Partner with business, operations, and IT leaders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

· Design integration frameworks for seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, and custom applications.

· Establish architecture standards, documentation, and reusable frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.

· Drive technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and tool selection aligned with business strategy.

· Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and availability standards.

· Mentor and build high-performing architecture and development teams.

Technical Skills & Expertise

· Core Technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.

· ERP Systems: Deep experience with one or more ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).

· Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP — experience in designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

· Integration & Middleware: ESB, API Gateways, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MuleSoft, or similar tools.

· DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Databases: Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling for scalable enterprise systems.

· Security & Compliance: Understanding of IAM, OAuth2, SSO, data encryption, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, etc.).

· Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Good To Have

· Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.

· Experience in large-scale ERP modernization and multi-tenant SaaS or hybrid cloud environments.

· Familiarity with AI/ML integration, event-driven architecture, or data lake design is an advantage.

· Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing principles.

· Experience with container security, network segmentation, and zero-trust architecture.

· Exposure to API monetization and integration marketplace models.

· Knowledge of Agile enterprise delivery frameworks, such as SAFe or Scaled Scrum.

· Thought leadership through technical papers, patents, or conference presentations

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
