Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches using Layer 2/3 protocols (VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
Manage Cisco Meraki Wireless and SD-WAN devices (MX, MS, MR) across locations.Operate Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC 9800 series) and Cisco WifiOperate Paloalto 1140 firewall & Cisco FirewallSupport enterprise-grade network infrastructure for BAT and Regus.Use Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE for network automation and secure access control.Participate in ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management.Handle P1/P2 escalations and lead RCA efforts ensuring SLA compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff in a 24x7 operational model.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
