Site Preparation Management • Primary Responsibility: Ensure completion of site preparation activities as per established timeline • Key Metrics: Percentage of tasks completed on schedule • Monitor and coordinate site readiness activities including land clearing, grading, and infrastructure setup • Collaborate with site preparation contractors and ensure adherence to project specifications • Track progress against milestones and implement corrective actions when delays occur 2. Quality Assurance • Primary Responsibility: Maintain compliance with established quality standards • Key Metrics: Number of quality issues raised vs. resolved • Develop and implement quality control procedures for all project phases • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve identified issues • Ensure all deliverables meet specified quality benchmarks before project handover 3. Safety Compliance • Primary Responsibility: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols across all project activities • Key Metrics: Number of safety violations (target: zero tolerance) • Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols on-site • Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions for project teams • Investigate safety incidents and implement preventive measures • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards • Maintain safety documentation and reporting 4.
