Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, servicing, and routine maintenance of solar power systems at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components. Conduct preventive maintenance checks to avoid system failures. Educate customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of solar systems. Maintain accurate service records and report on site visits and maintenance activities. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery. Adhere to safety standards and guidelines while working onsite. Requirements:Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in solar system maintenance, electrical maintenance, or similar roles. Skills: Knowledge of solar power systems, electrical components, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication and customer handling skills.
