Identify, qualify, nurture with potential B2C leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. Meetings & Demos: Schedule meetings, Field visits and product demos with interested prospects. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. CRM Management: Record and track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups accurately using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Business Development teams to optimize lead conversion strategies Conversion: 20% of conversion ratio is required.
Responsibilities: Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants. Address and resolve bill reading issues. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery. Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration. Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations Experience: 0-2 Years Educational Qualification: 12th (min), ITI/Diploma (preferred) Skills: ● Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred). ● Effective communication skills. ● Strong customer empathy. ● Hygiene Grooming and Presentability ● Should know how to ride a 2 wheeler* ● Should be fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language Please Note: Driving license compulsory and own vehicle preferred.
