End to end execution of Solar rooftop/ground mounted projects. Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution. Work closely with Sales and Engineering to offer the best solution for each project. Work with internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation. Preparing work schedule. Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Overseeing project processes. Documenting processes and keeping detailed project logs. Monitor Procurement of Material & Equipment, adhere to agreed quality, quantity & schedule and define SOPs & ensure adherence for the entire Project operations. Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Presenting project progress updates to clients and senior managers. Desired Candidate profile Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & others. At least 2 years experience as a project engineer or 1 year experience in Solar Industry. Preference will be given to experienced Project Engineer in Solar industry Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English. Proficiency in MS Office and other Computer skills. Willing to travel to site locations all over Uttarakhand.
