Operate and monitor CNC turning machines to produce parts as per drawings and specifications. Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters (feeds, speeds, offsets). Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions. Inspect finished components with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality. Maintain records of production, inspection, and machine settings. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines. Identify and resolve minor machining issues to minimize downtime. Follow all safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized. Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production flow.
