• Base Salary: ₹17000/month

As a Sales Manager, you’ll drive our growth by leading a motivated team and helping families switch to solar. Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality and Operations Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of solar panel installations — ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage installation teams, audit completed sites, establish process checklists, and drive operational excellence to improve customer satisfaction, reduce rework, and enhance scalability as we grow across Telangana.

Documentation:

• Collect and verify required documents from customers and partners.
• Maintain and update customer records and files (both digital and physical).
• Assist in tele-calling potential leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain reports for sales and operations activities.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Manage courier dispatches, vendor coordination, and office supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance

• Establish and enforce installation quality standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Conduct site inspections (pre-installation, mid-installation, post-installation) to ensure compliance with design, electrical, and safety norms (MNRE/BIS).
• Develop and maintain a Quality Audit Checklist for all installations (structure alignment, wiring, earthing, inverter configuration, etc.).
• Identify root causes of defects, failures, or customer issues and drive corrective actions.
• Train and certify installers and subcontractors on company standards.

Operations Management

• Manage daily scheduling, resource allocation, and installation timelines across multiple teams.
• Ensure coordination between sales, design, procurement, and installation departments for smooth handoffs.
• Track installation progress using CRM/project management tools and maintain KPIs (on-time completion, rework rate, customer NPS).
• Optimize logistics for equipment delivery, scaffolding, and manpower utilization.

Safety & Compliance

• Oversee adherence to electrical safety protocols, PPE usage, and state electricity board regulations.
• Maintain records for net metering approvals, commissioning reports, and O&M documentation.
• Drive a safety-first culture across all project sites.

Training & Team Development

• Conduct regular toolbox talks, installer training, and certification workshops.
• Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
• Work closely with vendors and OEMs to ensure proper installation of panels, inverters, and batteries.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce cost per install and increase throughput.
• Pilot new technologies (e.g., drone inspections, AI-powered quality tracking).
• Contribute to standardization and automation of field operations as the company scales.
