Job Description

** Candidate With Insurtech or Tech-insurance Software product sales will be preferred.**

KRA

  1. Achieve budgeted revenue and ensure that the planned contribution from following to the overall budget is met
  2. Revenue from new accounts
  3. Revenue from existing accounts
  4. Revenue from products
  5. Revenue from but not limited to the territories (UAE, India, Thailand, Oman, Srilanka, Laos, Australia, Malasia, Cambodia and Singapore)
  6. Enhance the brand image of AccelTree across the countries / Territories Managed
  7. Identify avenues of growth in terms of new product offerings which is within the scope of our stated positioning as well as expanding to

    New Markets

  8. Financial Service Sector (Banks, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Micro Credit, Agriculture Loans, Small Finance).
  9. Strengthening Point of Sales Solution, Digital Distribution, Remote Banking, Remote Bancasurance, Financial Services Broking.
  10. Identify the Stakeholders to be reached out with prospective clients.
  11. Collect Market Intelligence by conducting regular survey

Role & responsibilities

Sales :

  1. To follow the defined sales process.
  2. To engage with Mid Level Stakeholders in the client Organization and identify their critical business issues
  3. To identify the broad level technology road map as defined by the client.
  4. To help the prospective client realize the importance of our solutions and get them to prioritize the purchase in our favour.
  5. To follow the account management process, ensure the current and emerging needs of the customers are met both in terms of SLAs as defined and product offerings.
  6. To prepare the sales MIS as defined and participate in periodical reviews.

Marketing:

  1. To undertake competitive analysis along with the Marketing team on product and pricing
  2. Report the findings to the Vice President - Sales
  3. To conceive and implement the BTL activities in all territories as required.

Pre Sales:

  1. Collaborate with the Sales Head and engage with the clients to ensure the desired objectives pertaining to: -
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Technical clarifications
  • Proof of Concept
  • Due Diligence undertaken by clients
  • Submission of Proposals

To collaborate with the Delivery project manager and ensure that the SLAs are met as defined

periodically meet the project leads at the client side and manage their perception about AccelTree.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate is someone who:

  1. Excellent English communication (Written and Verbal)
  2. Has experience in Tech Sales of Software product / Services
  3. Has In depth experience in BFSI sector shall be beneficial
  4. Is Presentable and confident
  5. Can build up on clients Trust, Likeability and Relationship
  6. Will be able to Showcase companys strength & capabilities
  7. In Technology for Insurspace
  8. In Technology building for BFSI
  9. Has excellent written and oral communication
  10. Is able to generate leads and have a primary level of discussion with them.
  11. Possesses good analytical and negotiation skills.
