As a Field Sales Representative in our company, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling our software and IT-related products. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, addressing client queries, and negotiating deals. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will be crucial in explaining complex software in a clear and relatable manner. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT-related products - Conduct product demonstrations and address client queries - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in the local language - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to travel extensively - Self-motivated and target-oriented - Basic understanding of GST, XBRL, and business software (added advantage) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Interest or background in software, SaaS, or technology sales - Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Note: The company offers a flexible schedule with morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
