Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Python Developer experienced in web application development and preferably familiar with the Frappe Framework or ERPNext. You will be responsible for developing backend logic, APIs, and integrations that power scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Frappe Framework.
• Build and manage custom Frappe apps, DocTypes, and server scripts.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React).
• Implement efficient data models, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Optimize performance, queries, and data processing tasks.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Write clear and maintainable technical documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.
• Experience with Frappe Framework and/or ERPNext customization.
• Knowledge of Jinja templating, Frappe ORM, and DocTypes.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Postman, and Bench CLI.
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic UI integration.
• Experience with Linux-based environments and deployment (Ubuntu preferred).

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Vue.js or React.js for full-stack integration.
• Experience with Docker, Nginx, or Gunicorn deployment setups.
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or background job queues.
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribution to open-source Frappe/ERPNext or other Python projects.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
