Position Summary: The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within a specified zone, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, customer satisfaction, and the efficient operation of the zone. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to manage teams and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned zone to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality of services. 2. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional managers, city managers, and other staff within the zone. - Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. 3. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nestaway's presence within the zone. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and local authorities. 4. Customer Satisfaction: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving tenant and homeowner issues promptly and effectively. - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality. 5. Financial Management: - Develop and manage the zones budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets. - Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Compliance and Safety: - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. - Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all health and safety standards are met. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate or rental housing industry (8+ yrs). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant business software.
