Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Quality Assurance Tester located in Goregaon Mumbai. The Software Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for test execution, software quality assessment, quality assurance, and applying analytical skills in the testing process. This is a foundational role that goes beyond testing—ideal for someone who can design robust QA processes, lead quality initiatives, and help build a high-performing QA team from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing of SaaS applications Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and best practices for the software development lifecycle Set up and manage bug tracking and reporting processes Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to ensure high-quality releases Evaluate and implement automation tools where applicable Mentor and guide future QA hires, contributing to team structure and growth Ensure timely delivery of tested features in agile environments Provide clear, actionable feedback on usability and performance Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in testing SaaS products Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies; automation experience is a plus Proven ability to set up QA workflows and documentation from scratch Familiar with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, etc. Experience with agile development practices Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Leadership potential and interest in building and mentoring a team Familiarity with basic DevOps or CI/CD tools is an advantage Show more Show less
