About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our IT team. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, ensuring smooth functionality, and identifying issues before product release. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
• Validate fixes and enhancements before release.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI/UX testing.
• Ensure product quality and performance align with e-commerce business needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience/knowledge of JIRA for bug tracking and test management.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (websites, apps, or back-end systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
• Familiarity with API testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
