Position Summary

A resource would assist the current team with daily developmental activities such as building application functionality, fixing bugs, and supporting customer needs. Resources would involve in design process, understanding the requirements for new functionality and enhancing the product to market demands. Responsible to communicate with peers and team members. He would add to current team and provide/add the momentum in delivering quality functionality to customers. Real-world in-depth experience with practical results on using AI tools for development augmentation, in the aspects of code analysis for change impact and documentation, dependency analysis, code generation for specific context and refactoring, SQL query analysis and tuning, in-depth code review, and other AI usage practices.

EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

B.Tech, M.C.A & MSc Computer Science. B.C.A also applicable.
Experience with Gen AI tools like Amazon Q or similar (1-2yrs)
Core JAVA Knowledge (Must) 6-8yrs
SQL server. (Must) 6-8yrs
JSP, JSP Tag libraries (Must) 6-8yrs
Experience with GitLab and Maven builds (Must) 6-8yrs
Servlets (Must) 6-8yrs
ExtJS Java Script (Optional) or similar framework and JSON(additional) 6-8yrs
SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) (additional) 4-5yrs
J2EE (Java 2.0 Enterprise Edition) with below Components includes. 4-5yrs
JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) 6-8yrs
JNDI (Java Naming Directory Interface) (additional) 4-5yrs
Internationalization Concepts (Optional)
EJB (Enterprise Java Beans) (Optional)
RMI (Remote Method invocation) (Optional)
JMS (Java Messaging Services) (Optional)

Essential Duties

Java application development in eclipse or similar IDE, along with the proficiency in programming with basic Java and latest language features and practices
Knowledge and experience in Jboss (Wild Fly) application server and writing components involving Servlet, JSP, JDBC and having knowledge in EJB.
Java web client technologies, including JavaScript, ExtJS or similar JavaScript frameworks, html, with real-world experience in programming and debugging web application user interfaces.
Analytical and problem-solving ability, capable of understanding and implementing business requirements.
Having good communication skills in technical and non-technical matters required in a fast-paced, global software development team.

Nice to have(s)

Familiarity with Rest APIs.
Familiarity with Aurora PostgreSQL with Babelfish
Bonus point for experience with Finance/Accounting.
Familiarity with Struts/Spring framework.
Familiarity with svn or other version control tools.
