Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented In-House Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on

experience in full-stack or application development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing,

developing, maintaining, and optimizing the FusionStays platform and mobile application.

This is a tech-based, product-focused role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams

including Product, UI/UX, and Operations to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

* Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile application modules to

enhance FusionStays’ digital ecosystem.

* Backend Engineering : Build and optimize APIs, data flows, and database structures for scalability

and performance.

* Frontend Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement modern, responsive and

user-friendly interfaces.

* System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs , payment gateways, and analytics tools seamlessly

into the existing infrastructure.

* Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely

resolution of technical bugs.

* Version Control & Deployment: Manage code through Git or similar tools and participate in

CI/CD workflows.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and operations teams to

translate business requirements into technical solutions.

* Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate system performance, identify areas for

improvement, and implement enhancements.

* Documentation: Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for all development

processes and APIs.

Qualifications & Technical Skills :

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 4 - 5 years of proven experience in web or app development (preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or

tech startups).

* Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases (MySQL , PostgreSQL , PHP).

* Strong proficiency in JQuery, JavaScript .

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and front-end optimization.

* Experience with version control systems .

* Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and analytical thinking.
