Job Description

We are seeking to onboard two skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Development Engineers (SDEs) as outsourced resources to work with our internal product development teams. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Candidates with DevOps knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS/GCP will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Build user interfaces using React.js and/or React Native.
• Develop robust server-side applications using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Implement APIs, integrate with third-party services, and ensure security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and support production releases.
• Work with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployments and infrastructure management.

Required Skills

Frontend Technologies:

• Strong experience in React.js, React Native.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI/UX principles.

Backend Technologies:

• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

DevOps (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Exposure to AWS or GCP environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Prior experience working with agile methodologies is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
