Role Snapshot

You will drive end-to-end delivery of product features across the full technology stack. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, you'll translate complex product requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate cuttingedge AI/ML capabilities to enhance user experiences, and ship production-grade code that directly impacts users globally while mentoring engineers and establishing technical excellence standards

What You Will Do

• Own feature delivery end-to-end: independently design, develop, test, and ship new features
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions across the full stack
• Build exceptional user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across web and mobile
• Architect and integrate AI capabilities into product features, including intelligent document processing and conversational user interfaces
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and generative AI to accelerate coding efficiency, optimize solutions, and maintain high delivery velocity
• Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to shape strategy, refine requirements, and align technical roadmaps with business outcomes
• Champion engineering best practices around clean architecture, maintainability, comprehensive testing, and thorough code reviews
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and scalable design patterns across the team
• Provide technical mentorship, guiding and coaching junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen team capabilities

You Should Apply If You Have

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in full-stack development (preferably in SaaS or high-growth startups)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ecosystem: Node.js for backend, React for frontend, and hands-on experience in Redux
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex Node.js applications in production with a focus on performance and reliability
• Execution-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to ship high-quality features rapidly in fast-paced, iterative cycles
• Tech generalist approach: comfortable across multiple technologies and systems, prioritizing breadth and adaptability over narrow specialization
• AI-forward development experience with active use of generative AI tools for code generation, optimization, and productivity enhancement
