Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners throughout all stages of quality assurance for complex products and platforms.
Design, develop, execute, triage, document, and test features within a storage software solution.
Understand product implementation by reviewing functional specifications, source code, and participating in engineering discussions.
Develop frameworks and infrastructure tools using C++.
Work closely with software, drivers, and firmware teams to root-cause and resolve defects.
Reproduce, analyze, and verify solutions to customer escalations in a timely manner.
Provide project status updates and estimates, ensuring timely issue tracking and closure with project managers.
Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with quality assurance guidelines, providing constructive feedback to enhance product quality.
Offer domain-specific expertise and leadership in software quality assurance across multiple projects.
Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into software development and testing processes.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented design.
Hands-on experience with NVMe, SATA, and SAS storage technologies.
Familiarity with RAID architecture, storage subsystems, and firmware interaction.
Working knowledge of Linux environments and software development life cycles.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multi-functional teams.
Experience with software QA processes, automation frameworks, and performance validation.
