Software Engineer

Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js frameworks and Python
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and fellow developers to understand requirements to deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems
• Follow Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Ability to solve complex software problems, ideate and take quick logical decisions

• Oversee software architecture and design decisions
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed
