About the Role

creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).

  • Use

    social media automation & scheduling tools

    (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Publer, Zoho Social, HubSpot) to streamline posting.

  • Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual language.

  • Content & Engagement

    • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions daily to improve engagement and community satisfaction.

    • Identify trending content formats and integrate them into the content strategy.

    • Collaborate with the design/content team to ensure effective creatives, reels, and artwork showcases.

  • Meta Ads & E-Commerce Growth

    • Create, launch, and optimize

      Meta Ads campaigns

      for traffic, conversions, catalogs, and remarketing.

    • Work on

      e-commerce-focused campaigns

      to drive online sales (Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, website traffic).

    • Analyze performance metrics and propose optimization strategies.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and follower growth.

    • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Tools & Platforms

    • Proficient in one or more scheduling tools:

      Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer, Zoho Social, etc.


    • Experience with

      Meta Business Suite

      ,

      Ads Manager

      , and basic e-commerce integrations.


    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar roles.

    • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

    • Experience running

      Meta Ads for e-commerce

      (catalog ads, conversion ads, remarketing).

    • Excellent communication, creativity, and planning skills.

    • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and handle multiple platforms efficiently.

    • Preferred

      : Background or interest in

      art, design, or creative product marketing
