Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Drive community engagement, manage comments/DMs, and foster meaningful interactions.
  • Lead influencer marketing across micro, macro, and KOL categoriesonboarding, briefs, execution, and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with agencies, creators, and internal teams to produce compelling content (videos, reels, tutorials, testimonials, etc.).
  • Track platform analytics, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and recommend data-backed content optimizations.
  • Work closely with the Digital Brand Manager to ensure alignment with brand values, storytelling, and product narratives.

Who Would Be a Great Fit:

  • 4–8 years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing—

    experience in beauty/personal care strongly preferred

    .
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and digital trends.
  • Experience running influencer campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with agencies, creators, and internal brand teams.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.
