Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital footprint across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in executing digital ad campaigns, brand-building, and leveraging data analytics to optimize content and engagement. This role requires hands-on experience with various social media platforms, ad campaigns, and content creation, as well as a keen eye for trends and a strategic approach to online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:

  Design and implement social media strategies that align with SecNinjaz's broader marketing goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and targeted audience engagement.

• Content Creation & Brand Management:

  Oversee brand presence across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), ensuring a cohesive and engaging content strategy.

• Ad Campaigns:

  Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert leads into customers.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  Continuously monitor the performance of social media campaigns, analyze KPIs, and use data to optimize strategy and content. Prepare actionable reports for management.

• Engagement:

  Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts to maintain a strong brand voice, build relationships, and foster a positive community.

• Trend spotting:

  Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes on social media platforms.

• Collaboration & Coordination:

  Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with our target audience. Also, collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to broaden the brand's reach.

• SEO Integration:

  Apply SEO best practices to complement social media campaigns and enhance visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience:

  3-4 years of experience running successful ad campaigns and managing social media accounts.

• Platform Expertise:

  Proficient in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other social media ad platforms.

• Content Creation:

  Strong ability to create compelling copy, design layouts, and produce videos or collaborate with creative teams to develop multimedia content.

• Analytical Skills:

  Solid experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hoot suite, Buffer).

• SEO Knowledge:

  Understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with social media efforts.

• Creative and Strategic:

  Strong creative thinking with an ability to see the bigger picture while focusing on key metrics for success.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tell engaging brand stories.

• Multitasking & Time Management:
