Key responsibilities:

A. Content Creation & Engagement

1. Write and publish high-quality posts, comments, and discussions tailored for Reddit, Quora, and niche communities.

2. Use storytelling, research, and a community-friendly tone to spark discussions and provide value (not just promotion).

B. Community Research & Strategy

1. Identify relevant subreddits, forums, and discussion spaces.

2. Map trending user questions to brand-relevant content opportunities.

3. Suggest creative, helpful answer angles to align with brand goals + search intent.

C. Execution & Moderation Compliance

1. Engage actively by posting, replying, and iterating fast while adhering to subreddit/platform rules to avoid removals or bans.

2. Build and maintain credible user profiles with growing karma, trust, and influence.

D. Optimisation & SEO Alignment

1. Craft hooks, headings, and phrasing that improve discoverability, rankings, and CTR.

2. Support SEO goals by covering targeted keyword clusters organically within community content.

E. Performance Tracking & Reporting

1. Track impressions, upvotes, CTR, dwell time, and removals.

2. Share weekly reports with learnings and improvement strategies.

F. Collaboration & Tools

1. Work with SEO, design, and operations teams to deliver content calendars, briefs, and proof points.

2. Use AI tools responsibly for drafting outlines and variations while ensuring human oversight, tone, and fact-checking.

KPIs you'll own:

1. Engagement health: upvotes, bookmarks, answer acceptance, ratio of posts kept vs. removed.

2. Qualified traffic: CTR from answers (where links are relevant and allowed).

3. Posting cadence: coverage across keyword clusters and weekly answer volume.

4. Profile growth: trust, karma, and reduced moderation flags over time.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:

1. Consistent cadence of rule-compliant answers that rank, get saved, and spark discussions.

2. Playbooks for top verticals with target subs, question lists, answer frameworks, and proof sources.

3. Clear weekly reporting to identify scalable strategies and cut what doesn't work.
