We are now hiring an on-site Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across corporate, government, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain corporate & government partnerships.
• Manage inbound leads, craft winning proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Identify and expand into international markets (Middle East, Asia, US, etc.).
• Coordinate with the technical team to align cybersecurity offerings with client needs.
• Represent Secninjaz at summits, expos, and key stakeholder meetings.

Skills required:

• 4–5 years of experience in B2B business development (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, or defense).
• Proven success in closing government and enterprise deals.
• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity industry and buyer personas (CISO, IT Heads, Procurement).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with RFPs, tenders, and government procurement.
• Experience using CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
