Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our presence across all major social media platforms. You’ll lead digital campaigns, boost visibility, engage audiences, and drive event attendance through compelling content and smart strategies. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and emerging platforms. Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and execute paid and organic campaigns tailored to promote events and brand initiatives. Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and event teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, stories, and posts. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal and active online community. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.), prepare reports, and continuously optimize strategies. SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Optimize posts for discoverability using trending hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific best practices. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep our strategy innovative and competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with event planners, designers, and partners to coordinate promotional activities and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.), and analytics. Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
