We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ticketing and Reservation Agent to join our team in Kolkata . The ideal candidate should be proficient in using GDS systems and capable of handling all aspects of ticketing and reservations, including reissuance, refunds, and group bookings. This is a day-shift role (no night shifts or rotational hours) .
