Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including technical blog posts, "explainer" videos, infographics, and live-coverage of lab breakthroughs.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, industry influencers, and researchers to foster a vibrant online community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our R&D and Product teams to ensure scientific accuracy in all external communications.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on nanotechnology news and social media trends to keep our brand relevant.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a STEM, Biotech, or Deep Tech industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a background or strong interest in Science/Engineering is a huge plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify "nano-sized" complexities for a "macro" audience.
• Mindset: Data-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
