Your work will play a key role in shaping how we connect with audiences and position our brand in the conscious technology space.

Who are we looking for:


  • Should have managed social media, brand content and ORM at scale, end to end.
  • Thorough understanding of the social media landscape including especially LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Discord
  • Should have created and promoted brand videos (exclusively for digital) and created and run a cross-platform social media strategy.
  • Can analyze data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media.
  • An energetic and self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills
  • A great storyteller who can create visually and emotionally compelling stories.


Top 3 Daily Tasks:


  • Daily you will be actively managing content production & design.
  • Daily you will be creating, managing and executing a content calendar.
  • Daily you will be monitoring the metrics (weekly target) and taking proactive measures to meet those targets.


Minimum work experience is required:


Top 5 Skills you should possess:


  • Previous experience in managing Social Media presence in a B2B digitally driven (e-Comm, start-up or tech) company.
  • Proven strategies that have helped build a brand on social media or improved conversions for a brand.
  • Exposure to Global Brands in a high brand compliance environment or experience at a top ad agency is a plus.
  • Someone well-versed with the best practices, latest trends and latest updates in the algorithms
  • Asana, or Trello project management experience.


What would you be expected to do:


  • Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms.
  • Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly.
  • Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns.
  • Run ad campaigns on social media platforms and optimize them to deliver better results
  • Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance and work cross-functionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy.
  • Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use them to create content and improve overall performance.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content - both written and visual - for the social media platforms
  • Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice and daily editorial optimization.
  • Co-ordinate and pass on consumer reviews to the respective team for action.
