About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive (Ads Specialist) who will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Your main goal will be to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and boost brand visibility through well-executed paid marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and creatives in collaboration with the content and design teams.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing, budget adjustments, and data analysis.
  • Track daily campaign performance - impressions, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions - and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay up to date with new ad trends, formats, and best practices for better ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage remarketing and lookalike campaigns to increase conversion rates.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in paid social media marketing (freshers with hands-on skills are also encouraged).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and basic funnel strategies.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, budget optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking.
  • Knowledge of creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark for ad visuals.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to performance metrics and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
