About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and scaling lead generation campaigns that deliver strong ROI. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and A/B test creatives Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve CTR and conversions Manage ad budgets and bid strategies effectively Track conversions and prepare performance reports Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to align messaging Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and platform updates Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing KPIs Google Ads Certification (preferred) Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Show more Show less
