As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites that align with our clients' needs and business goals. Success in this role involves delivering innovative, responsive, and user-friendly websites on time and within scope, ensuring that they reflect our commitment to excellence in website development. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Customize and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and understand project requirements. Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues in a timely manner. Optimize website performance and ensure adherence to SEO best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress core updates, plugins, and emerging technologies. Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for website maintenance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a portfolio of completed projects. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in WordPress development. Skills: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with WordPress frameworks, themes, and plugins. Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization techniques. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail. Show more Show less
