Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the WordPress development team, ensuring quality and best practices.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable custom WordPress websites and plugins.
Manage advanced integrations, API development, and WooCommerce solutions.
Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
Drive R&D initiatives, reusable component libraries, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality projects.
Oversee Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows for smooth delivery.

Required Skills:

8+ years of WordPress theme & plugin development.
Strong in ACF, WooCommerce, AJAX, REST APIs, JS/ES6, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL.
Experience with Gutenberg blocks, headless WordPress, and performance optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
